Handfuls On Purpose Enterprises

      HOPE Adoption and Rescue Center is a non-profit no kill animal shelter. 

Our misson is to make a measurable difference in the welfare of animals and to find loving homes for the animals taken in by our rescue facility.

What We Do

Handfuls On Purpose Enterprizes Inc. is a public benefit non-profit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.  Specifically, we prevent cruelty to animals and instruct the public on pet care and training.  These are subjects useful to individuals and beneficial to the community.  Our organization has designed and developed a program for this purpose.   We operate an animal shelter for the rescue and placement of companion animals.  Our shelter operates seven days a week to receive animals from the City of Hearne. 

HOPE Pet Boutique

There is now a pet boutique in the main lobby of the HOPE shelter.  There are many products and supplies for both the pet and their owner.
